So here it is... day 1, and wouldn't you know it, I pulled a muscle in my back yesterday. To compensate I decided to start my transformation with a cardio. I figured it was best to give my back the extra day to heal. My cardio of choice is running and it actually helped my back to feel better by loosening up the muscles. I managed to run 1.45 miles in my 20 minutes. Not exactly a record pace but not bad for this 6'2&...
