Although I am far from finished, here are my photos from this past 18 weeks.
Starting at Jun 21st and ending Oct 25th.
It was drizzling out and was a cold day as well.
Annette did her best to make me laugh and caught me while I was in between a smile and a laugh. I'm going to go with it.
Stats: 6# total weight gone.
11.05% Body Fat gone for good.
7" lost off the belly.
26.88 Pounds of fat lost
20.88 Pounds of muscle gained.
Persistence pays off.
Keep it simple, keep it positive and keep moving forward, always forward.
