Just watched Michael Phelps win his seventh gold medal this olympics! He is now tie with Mark Spitz! I saw Michael the week before he left Ann Arbor for Bejing, he looked determined! I didn't approach him as he looked like he was saying good bye to our city and his home for the past few years at The Univeristy Of Michigan. Biking And Hiking

Yesterday was a beautiful day here in Ann Arbor  to bike and hike so that is what I did! I did a 10 mile bike ride on a beautiful dirt country road then did a 5 mile hike in the woods with a friend! Gee a short swim and I would have qualified as a Triathlon! Hope everyone had a good Sunday as well and a Happy Monday to all! ...

Transforming a day at a time.

  Today was a beautiful day here in Ann Arbor Michigan. Lots of beautiful art and people from all over the world at the Ann Arbor Art Fair.  I enjoy the people and art equally.  There is a section at the art fair where you can put up a booth to give information about a specific topic like going green or homeschooling.
