Biking And Hiking
Yesterday was a beautiful day here in Ann Arbor to bike and hike so that is what I did!
I did a 10 mile bike ride on a beautiful dirt country road then did a 5 mile hike in the woods with a friend! Gee a short swim and I would have qualified as a Triathlon! Hope everyone had a good Sunday as well and a Happy Monday to all!

awesome! It sure is nice to be outdoors instead of the gym from time to time.
Geez. I thought I did well with a 3 mile walk - and I was tired. Beautiful picture... Maybe I'd be a little more inspired if I didn't live in a big city with a herd of cars for roadside viewing. You're doing great..Blessings. Jackie
