Well, I'm on my last week of Phase 1 of my workout. I managed to squat a PR of 3 x 8 X 115 on Monday. It may not seem like much, but for me it is more a mental hurdle. I don't have a trainer so I need to suck it up and push myself beyond what I "think" I can do. The kiddos are back in school so it is nice to get back to my schedule again. I am a lot less stressed!
