Three weeks down...
Well, I'm on my last week of Phase 1 of my workout. I managed to squat a PR of 3 x 8 X 115 on Monday. It may not seem like much, but for me it is more a mental hurdle. I don't have a trainer so I need to suck it up and push myself beyond what I "think" I can do.
The kiddos are back in school so it is nice to get back to my schedule again. I am a lot less stressed! Go figure. 
Food has been good this week, maybe it's because of the "less stress". Today at lunch was a "10%" meal because I had a greek salad with some pasta. I didn't eat much of pasta, mostly chicken. But it still counts as a 10% meal and I am trying to be compliant.

Hi Rachel.. I'm glad to see you are Blogging! Good for you on pushing past and beyond what you "think" you can do. If anyone CAN.. I know it will be you! You are an inspiration of mine.. See ya buddie :)
