Heard some great news today.
Well I talk to my buddy Jeremy, or as I call him Jdog ever day on t he internet over Y ahoo messanger. Well I only get to see hime once ever two years. I try to get up down his way ever year, but it never seems to work out that way. Wel I haven;t seen him for two long years, and I went to his time change party Novermber 1st. It was a 4 hour drive no big deal at all I like to hang out with him, his wife, and there freinds. Well se saw me and noticed that I have dropped 80 some weight. 80 pounds now by the way. I got about antoher 75 or so to go. *** it has been a long long road. Any ways we got to talk I was telling him what I have been doing, and what not. Well he use to go to the gym, and eat right but he lost his over time at work so money was tight all y ear. I was talking to him today, and he told me that I inspired him to start eating right again. His words not mine. Wow did that make me feel great to know that my progress is now helping some one else. Since I talk to him every day I will be able to check up on him to see if he stays on track, and give him any help that he might need. It just felt realy good no know that I helped him, and I wanted to share this with every one.
Rich, man that's great, and what this is all about. See, you never know whose heart or mind you'll influence by your actions. I'm proud of you man. And our workouts are great. Thanks for being my friend!
