Thanks to every one
Hey thanks guys, and Girls for all you kind words of support. I'm currently working threw some set backs. We will get to that a bit later. I got to meet two real cool people last night, Marty, and his wife. To of the nicest people that you will ever get a chance to meet. Hell if they can put up with me for a few hours they can put up with any one. Just ask Ken some times I can be a real pain in the ass. Marty, and his wife truly are inspiration people, and I can see why there champs. I can't wait tell we can do it again hopefully sometime real soon.
On to my set backs, where to start. Well first off pounding your body for 6 months with out a break isn't real a good thing to do. I'm the kind of person that needs to be going at it full force all the time, or I will loose interest. So I have had a few problems in the past that have now come back full force. For starters my shoulders I have real bad tendinitis now. I have had it in the past as well but never this bad. So I have been to the doctor a few times, I have been on a few different pills, and I have had xrays. I was told to lay off working out for three weeks. With me that is not going to happen, and I no in the long run I'm just making it worse, but I feel if I stop I will not be able to pick back up. Yes I know that I can still do cardio, but for me I always need to do more. If you had already forgotten I started off Circut training. I did that 5 days a week along wiht cardio 6. Yeah i was hitting it real hard to start. It really paid off I have lost right around the 80 pound mark in just about 5 months. On the other hand of things I was real tired all the time feeling beat up and run down. Well after Ken left the gym for a while then showed back up like a lost dog on the front porch. He got me more into the weight lifting aspect or working out. I find it more enjoyable to do that then what I was doing. Well one day at work I was helping unload a truck (keep in mind that is not part of my job I just like to help out when I can) Well I felt a burning in my MY right arm that went up to my shoulder. I couldn't use it for a few weeks it hurt that bad. Any way time had passed it felt better, and I started using it again. Well let's just say after a while it just got worse and worse. i told me doctor about it the first time it happen. He just old me it was, because I was fat, and I needed to loose some weight. Well I recently went back to him the pain was now something that I was living with everyday, and it was getting worse everyday. Any ways that brings us to today. The doctor has told me not to use it for three weeks. I tried not using it for a few days if felt worse not using it. He has me on Prednisone for now, and I'm do to go back in a few weeks.
Enough about that here is where I tell you about my set backs. Seems that I have some how lost sight of what I was working for, along with my lazer like Focus Ken keeps on telling me I have. Well the last few weeks haven't been all that great for me eating wise. I will do good during the week then pig out weekends. I'm person that would only have a feel day once every few months. I have also picked up my old habit of drinking agian. There was a time in my life that I would drink 4 some times more times a week. I haven't done that in about 5 years, and I find myself falling back into old habits. I was also for the longest time a heavy smoker, I haven't had a cig in I think 5 years now. I do how ever enjoy a cigar every now and then. I have been starting to smoke those a few times a week now.
I'm thinking that it might be time to take a step back, and take a look at where I'm at, and where I want to be. I need to get my focus back to where it was before. Well thanks for listening to me folks.

HEY Ritchie Rich. What's up buddy? Remember, we've got a plan of attack to get you back in line and focused. Sunday night Leg routine sound familiar? Read over Bill's assignments and commit to genuinely work through them. You do have a laser focus-and that inspires me--you keep me in check and on task more than you know. Let's focus on the positives, address the negatives when they appear (oven, final written warning, etc lol), and not beat ourselves up when we wander off the path. Remember, it will happen, but it only matters if we don't get back on track. Be sure to take in all of the support you have here at T.com, it feels good.Hey, I'll see you tonite...that is if I don't fall asleep rocking Tony to sleep. Later, old man ken
