I Am
Hi! My name is MaryPat and I have been here transforming since Jan 1 2009! Before I came here, I only dreamed of the possibility of walking a 5K and 10K but I did it! My body weight decreased by 15 lbs - 4 lbs of that weight lost in the last 2 months in the Healthy Holiday Challenge and through CHRISTMAS!! How awesome is that!
Then there is the weight that I lost off my heart and soul in 2009 that weighed a ton - giving me wings that carried me through many life events this past year. Transformation propells me toward new beginnings each and every day, anchored in the hope and faith of even brighter tomorrows. This community rocks!!
I am a Mom, a sister, an auntie, a friend, an encourager, a public health professional, an artist, a writer, and a worshipper!! Above all, I am of royal blood, my Papa is King of Kings, and has instilled in me a deep love for everyone!!
I will turn 50 in 2010 (15 1/2 weeks into this first challenge), and will be in the best health of my life: physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually!!

"transcending form" to change heart, mind, body and soul; a quest to reflect God's image in my life.
My Goals
To reach my mountain top! I will be looking down from the mountain top – at ‘my’ shapely 50 year old legs and flat tummy, overcome with a feeling of gratitude and humility for this gift I have desired for so long – a healthy body, heart, mind and Spirit! I will be using waterproof mascara that day for there will surely be tears of joy streaming alongside the hugest smile I’ve ever had, and exuding the confidence of the strength that lives in me! Ready to continue in transformation.
My Intentions
My God has and continues to overflow me with so many blessings that my heart overflows with desire to be obedient to His will for my life through the discipline of Love - love for God, for others and for myself.

I saw your comment and it's great to see another Ottawan. This is such a vast audience that it is easy to get lost. I am a recent T.Com convert and loving it. Down 6 and just finished Assignment #3 which will require a lot of work and change. If you are ever interested in some mixed Dodgeball on Thursdays I have a mixed group that play at a Church in the Experimental Farm for 7:00. It is a nice 2 hour workout with a great group of people.
