After careful consideration, The Big Hurt and the offender involved, whom I still hold a resentment towards can be described as: The big hurt is that my children were subjected to anger at me and untruths about me when they were young (following my divorce). Exercise is the big "forgive"!

Bill has this way with words that captures my imagination! I wanted to blog this one from last night's show so I don't forget it ..."Exercise is the big 'forgive'" ...the ultimate in forgiveness of self is exercise...it made me think about how that makes sense for me. Authority!

I am reminded of the authority that lives in us - a message that has been coming to me in a number of ways over the past week. I love to pray! I love the conversation and the messages with which God never fails to bless me! This time, I was reminded, not of my powerlessness but of my authority! All that is powerful ...omnipotent...lives in me. And He reminds me that I have the authority to claim His promises. They are already mine to claim -...
