I Am

I am a 47 year, single woman who had followed the BFL life and lost 20 pounds; kept it off , then made so many changes in my life that the program did not stick. I have a rare disorder called Erythromelalgia, which causes sometimes severe burning and swelling of the feet. Try and exercise with that one. Unitl this happened I was very active and weighed a normal weight. It has gotten better over time, but I can no longer climb mountains or hike for hours as I use to. I have learned to modifiy and adapt my life to fit this, but I have let it also keep me from exercising. NO MORE!! I care about enjoying and creating concious and loving relationships. I belong to a 12 step program for over 22 years, I care about the state of our planet and intend to help bring about higher levels of conciousness to our family of human beings one person at a time. Please check out the website for anymore information you might want to gather on this disorder characterized with burning feet syndrome. http://www.erythromelalgia.org/

To me, Transformation Means

When I graduated from college and was 28 I believed anything was possible. I was healthy, fit, in recovery and felt the world would love to love me. I moved to Colorado, got married and began to create a life I wanted. Unfortunatley, the man of my dreams picked addictive gambling over me, I was mis-diagnosed with a mental illness instead of a thryorid problem, which went mis-treated for over 5 years. Anyway, I know deep inside of me is that same 28 year old that believes anything is possible, love is the only truth there is and that I can achieve the dreams of my life if I have support and guidance and quit covering up my light with food and poundage.

My Goals

2009 Transformation Champion, becoming happily married and create a family, become a foster mom, be able to do the pike exercise and hold that exercise for 2 minutes, teach aerobics as instructor again, do 25 military pushups, weight 131 pounds, create a loving home for foster children and adopt a foster child if I a suppose to.
