Hi Rhysa. It must seem like you have a mountain to climb, but in due time and in God's perfect timing, with your steady application of energy and discipline, you will indeed be transformed, inside and out. Thanks for the invite to be a T friend and I wish you the very best here!

I Am

I am a single mom, the director of property management in the affordable housing industry, and very UNHEALTHY. I want to tranform my life so that I can live long enough to raise my children BY EXAMPLE! I am scraping by...by the skin of my teeth.

My Favorite Charity

American Lung Association - Asthma

To me, Transformation Means

Living life to the fullest and teaching my children to do the same! Spiritually, Physically and Emotionally.

My Goals

First, start taking steps to get right with GOD! Transforming my health and body will get me there. Romans 12:1-2 Complete this 18 week Transformation Challenge becoming one of the success stories as part of Bill's goal to take the nation from "worst to first". Overall lose 50 pounds reaching 150 and reduce BMI to 24.2. However, by September, 2008 lose half of that. 1.) Lose 10% by Transformation Deadline! (20 pounds) 2.)Reduce LDL Cholesterol Less than 100 mg/dL to reduce risk of heart attack and stroke. 3.) Increase HDL Cholesterol level to 60 mg/dL or higher to offer some protection against heart disease. 4.) Reduce Triglyceride level to Normal: less than 150 mg/dL 5.) Go from a size 18 to a Size 10 by Transformation Deadline! 6.) Eat on PURPOSE!

My Intentions

To be a healthy, active, happy family! To be a positive role model for the people who share our planet.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

My oldest daughter, Mallory. She is 20, asthmatic, overweight and looking for happiness in all the wrong places. I blame myself for the example of poor health that I have set for her. I want to change this so desperately.
