Thank you for continuing to be such a consistent base of support for our members working through addiction recovery. We must stay together to provide encouragement and hope. One day at a time by God's grace. Blessings to you my friend.

Hey Robert, Thanks so much for stopping by and offering encouragement. I think we both understand the challenges that go with making major life changes. If you get the chance perhaps you might stop by my blog site http://leanandsober.com/ It is a non commercial site I created to help others with making their transitions and transformations. Still needs much work though. Thanks again for your support and friendship Scott

Robert, how big I smiled to see your note on my profile. I have not been online much this year - a shift in focus for me to accomplish some other awesome experiences. The 2 year anniversary came and went and faces like yours came to mind as I celebrated it with tremendous gratitude. I know that whatever number anniversary I am celebrating, your lungs are a few weeks cleaner (if my memory serves me today). Not a day goes by that I am not grateful to be smoke-free - and that is the truth! Love and Hugs to you!!

Hey Robert, thanks for the note. I am in canada now til Friday for a spa getaway with my daughter for her sweet 16. To get into the SoulFood blog...it's not really a blog but my likes on the Pinterest website. http://pinterest.com/rhondamiga/ Hope this helps. Peace and Kindness, Rhonda (PS guess today is my free day...I had a mini cupcake!) I am sure I won't be able to stay 100 percent on the plan but I brought a lot of healthy choices with me so I think I can make it 75% of the time! Also, we are at a spa resort with tons of fitness classes, pool, and fitness center. I will burn it all off...pure joy. No responsibilities for me. my daughter wants to be with her girlfriend most of the time. LOL)

Juanito my friend!!!! How good to see you stopping by my profile!!What have you been up to? I miss you. I hope things are going well for you in your journey. I am still here, going strong. Not perfect, but I Keep At It and move forward "One Day At A Time" I am very involved with only 1 group, the Eric & Debby's support group which keeps me grounded and learning a lot. I am still very busy at work, so I have to be careful with my limited time. I am going to be traveling for our yearly family ski trip to Park City, Utah the weekend of March 3rd and I am going crazy, bouncing of the walls and counting the days with excitement! Trying to organize time to meet with my old crazy friend Everett Herbert, like I have done in the past when I go there. Let me know how you are doing. Energized Hugs - Yoly

Pedro, I am sorry I had to miss the call last night. We were having trouble with Jake and my partner was on call and had to work late, so it was me the one "holding the fort." I will do everything possible to make it to next one. Energized Hugs - Yoly

I Am

" border="0">
" border="0">
My name is Robert I Re-started the challenge February 15, 2010,
I am an overweight 216 lbs, life long smoker and a heavy drinkerwith low self-discipline and even lower motivation.

What I care about the most is my family, My wife and my 2 children. I have a son age 22 and a daughter
that will be 2 in March.

Update- Since Jan 17 I have not smoked a cigarette!

Stopped Drinking February 15th !

Completed my First Challenge June 20, 2010!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The transformationcontinues…..

My Favorite Charity

Local Food Bank

To me, Transformation Means

Transformationto me is when you change yourself intentionally – as opposed to evolving – the typeof transformation that you make depends on what change you aim for & Howbad you want it. I think if your goals are just changes on the outside ,
your looks… that is not a true transformation.A True Transformation would be focusing your intention on the Inside but theworld will see the changes on the outside.

My Goals

My Goals are to change my Bad Habits. To transform my bad habits so people will see the real me. I am not a bad person – it just appears that way.

My Physical goals are : after 18 weeks my bodyweighs 190 lbs. My mid-section measurement at its widest point is 34 inches andmy bodyfat is 15%. You will see a healthy body with 26 lbs less fat, strongermuscles. You will see a non- smoker and a Non Drinker for life!.

My Intentions

Who I'd Like to Inspire

I would like to inspire my Son – so he will not endup like I was but like the person that I plan to be after my transformation. Iwould also like to inspire anyone who has a drinking problem. – If I can do it,I know you can!
