Well, it has been a while since I posted here. I totally bombed the transformation challenge this round. But I am doing great on my goals. I am truly transforming! I started at 174 lb and size 16 pants. As of Sept 3rd, I am now 159 lb and size 12 pants, and they're getting real baggy ;o) I'm feeling...

I remember when I was healthy, I didn't give daily tasks a second thought. I just did them because they had to be done.
