great plan samy, what are you doing for your cardio sessions, how long are you going for and are they HIIT... also what composition are you doing your weights in , how many sets and reps, and what persentage of your 1RM?... discipline is definatly the key... keep up the great work. love coach mel xx

Hi SAMY.... (my iphone autocorrect decided you were mark! sorry i only just realised! oops lol ), i have posted this weeks instrucitons ... please read carefully and follow exactly! i would like to take your though another 12 weeks, but my schedule from April is very hectic as i am working on my PT certificate and i am going back to finish my law degree, and i am doing soem leadership training... so i dont think i will be taking on apprentices for a few months... but i am happy to be an AP in that i can keep an eye on what your doing, answer questions and give you some help here and there as you need it. Would that be ok? how bout we get through the next 4 weeks and see where your at, i have every confidence that you will be able to keep pushing forward without me telling you what to do everyweek. love coach mel

I am Samy, your freind,a TRANSFORMER that beleives society and the economy are made up of individual relationships and transactions. By changing the way I conduct my relationships and transactions, I create a new society around me. Simply, seeing the world in a different way. It means seeing my relationships differently, both to other people and to the Earth. It means shifting the ordering of my values, from a focus on external riches to internal ones; from a sense of separation from the Earth and other people, to a sense of connection and interdependence; from a short-term focus to a long-term one.

My Goals

Life, for me,is about learning and growth, and developing qualities like compassion, patience, perseverance, love, and joy, and so forth. One of my goals is to inspire people to be all they can be, to have an "IMPACT" by the way I live my life everyday.

2012 Goals:

1)I will be an Athlete, physically and mentally.
2)I will loose 60 pounds of unwanted and excessive body fat, that is slowing me down in every aspect of my life, it is also a constant trait to my health.

3) I will be at 210 lbs @ 19% by April 14, 2012

4) I will be 189 lbs and @ 12% body fat by December 31 2012

5) I will complete a Triathlon Olympic Distance event by June 14th 2012

6) I will help change the life of at least one other person.


My Intentions




Intentions are nothing, ACTION is everything...


I will Seek FREEDOM in all aspects of my life and live today in such a way to create the tomorrow I'm committed to.
