I am now a single mom trying to find my way back to me. I used to be all about fitness and all around physical well being, but I let it all go when I got pregnant. I have become the streotypical mom that makes herself the very last priority on the list.
I recently have taken responsibility for my disregard of my fitness and I am trying to reclaim what used to be me. I wanted to join this group to find accountability, inspiration and hopefully some new friends on my journey.
Bill Phillips' BFL has been the only program that I have been able to successfully stick with and for that I am grateful. It is about time someone has given us a tool to utilize that can be implemented into the busiest of schedules. The ONLY way to fail is to QUIT.
My Favorite Charity
I'm not sure that I have a favorite, but I do support The Red Cross a bit and Sourjourner.
To me, Transformation Means
To grow into a better person and to live your life with purpose.
My Goals
My goals include:
1. Loose 20 lbs of body fat by September 1st 2008
2. Continue growing my business that I launched in February 08
3. To give my daughter the tools and desire to lead a healthy life physically and spiritually.
4. Grow my relationship with Christ the Savior.
I'd like to inspire any one that can identify with my life. Everyday I wake up is a new day to show people that no matter how bad off you think you are, there is ALWAYS someone in a worse place that has a smile on their face.
