To me, Transformation Means

Going from this place where I feel lack of confidence, embarrassment, and lack of self worth to something happier. stronger and healthier!

My Goals

I want to loose weight sure, I want to look thinner, sure. I want to shop at a normal store, and be able to find cute clothes to wear, I’m not going to lie. More importantly though, I Really want to be happier, more confident, healthier, closer to God. I want to be proud of the woman I am. And I want to be an example to the people I love.

My Intentions

I want to strengthen my body spirit and mind. I want to be a better me!
