I am a man in Transformation. I have completed 2 Transformations and am currently on my 3rd. I began Jan 4 2008 I weighed 338 pounds and as of October 15 I weighed in at 222 I am now 116 pounds lighter in 282 days.

I have learned that a clear intention is paramount to a great Transformation. My intention is to continue with my Transformation, the journey has been so amazing and so rewarding. I also would like to share the Transformation message.
Who I'd Like to Inspire
Anyone who thinks that they cant.... that there must be a reason they are overweight. Someone who sees what could be and just needs a reason to start trying. I would like to inspire anyone who is FAT. I thought there must be a reason I was FAT.... poor thyroid, yeast infection, heredity, slow metabolism..etc etc truth of the matter is there were 2 reasons I was FAT. 1. What I put in my mouth and the portions thereof 2. Inactivity. I was a busy guy but YOU MUST increase the heart rate and get ACTIVE in a gym type setting and excercise.

Hi Shane, You know those lazer metals that you are selling. I was wondering if he could make me one like the elk in the grass, or a bigger one like that with horses grazing....only, I'd like about four small candle holders on the front of it.....placed in and around the grassl. Do you think that would be possible? It would look awesome as it illuminates the metal! Donna

Hi Shane, I cannot thank you enough for arming me with books and information and most of all, your encouragement! I cannot begin to tell you how intimidated I was when I first signed on to the transformation site....and what it meant to me today to see your email and everyone else's comments! To be honest with you....I was wondering what I had gotten myself into, (this is so out of my comfort zone....I had to get my daughter to help me navigate this), but when I saw the warmth of people and how they were so quick to reach out to me and welcome me,......well, nothings impossible. I'm now on my way with a renewed spirit, a lot of prayer, and am taking a deep breath and taking this one day at a time. Like you said.....this was put into my path for a reason. I can see what an awesome community of people this is! Amazing. Again, thank you so much for caring and taking the time to get me started....and most of all for your encouragement. Donna
