Hey Shane! My day is going great! That song playing on your pagee, was one of my favorite songs when I was younger, still is good. Anyway I did Stairmaster 10 minutes 122 calories, then Lifecycle 20 minutes 97 calories. Followed by Golds Gym Express Fit. The bike is not as intense so I think I will go back to the Eliptical and Treadmill.

Hey Shane, stopping by to show some love and grab a cup of inspiration. Somehow you got deleted from my friends list, so I sent you another friend invite :) Hope you a great holiday. Tomorrow is the OFFICIAL start date for me. Been going strong now for two weeks, and ready to kick it into high gear! God Bless!

Thank you thank you thank you for your post on my thread. I took a long time to answer those questions as I had to sit down and really think about them. My hubby and dad were asking me if I was writing a book as I had not shared with them what I was doing. I had to in the end. My dad thinks I have lost the plot!!!!

Hi Shane! Your story inspires me - something you said in particular resonated with me - the fact that you had a history of breaking promises to yourself - that is so my situation and I want to stop that cycle! How do I join your accountability group? Wan't sure how to do an introduction (under what thread) - I am working on my profile today - have already done assignment # 1. MB
