Sharen! I am listening to you on the last radio show and I am just iggling....my family will be gone this week and I will be *letting go* of alot of stuff too! And the garage? OH MY HEAVENS!!! I have thought of doing a before and after on mine too!!!! I am just sitting here giggling with joy because I feel like I have a partner in these endeavors! Have a blessed weekend!

I too have a tough time throwing things out or giving them away so if it weren't for my wife, I'd have the same situation w/ the garage, trust me. I hope you will also find more corrective ways of working out that do work for you. I just wanted to come by today and give you my love and support!

Hey thanks for the comments. I am just lost in the 80's with all the great music. I am a music junkie and Journey is my fav. This is my first week and I really enjoyed hearing the radiocast with Bill and everyone else. To me this feels so different than BFL was several years ago. There is so much encouragement and everyone gets to know each other. I thought is was great what you are doing with your garage. We all have areas that we need to transform whether it is physical, mental or spiritual. I wish you great success. Davis
Sharen it was great to hear your voice on the show last night!!!! You have such a gentle spirit. It is great to hear that you are progressing in your workouts and humble enough to ask for help from the personal trainer and get the program that will work for your body. I did Body for Life workouts, but for me I would become bored with the machines, so I have discovered group fitness and a full body weight lifting workout. I was an answered pray for my weight workouts. Great work and have a beautiful Independence Day.

Hey Sharen! Yes, I've been loving the rain. It's starting to get into the hot, dry season, and I'd rather it be rainy and cool. :-) But really, as long as it's nice when I'm taking my long walks in the morning, I'm happy. I just hope it stays healthy!!! I think it's going to be a really busy summer, but I can't wait to be able to finally meet you and spend some time getting to know you!!! Have a great week.
