Life is a struggle sometimes.....For all of us......You are beginning to transform inside and out....I too have been dealt with anxiety attacks and depression...If there are times you need a friend a shoulder to lean on, i would love to help you through those times..We all would here at Transformation.... You will find many of us are so similar but just have these battles at differnet times in this journey called life....You have realized you need to make changes , now is the time to stand up against anything that has you bound by chains .Oh but wait,You have begun to BREAK those chains and you are becoming the man God created you to be....YOU GO BRO !!!.....Dont let Satan blow out your light....LET IT SHINE LET IT SHINE...........

I'm 36 year old ex-musician-now retail manager who has let stress and anxiety get the best of me in the last year. After a pretty bad anxiety attack in June of 07' I've struggled with bad moods and other mental aggravation that has had my body and mind in a state of limbo on a constant basis. I feel like I'm running out of time and that I'll never be happy in my life. I hope that by doing this and accepting the challenge that I'll just feel better about myself, my relationships and my life for the first time ever.
