To me, Transformation Means
A constant process; never lingering in the comfort zone. I LOVE setting goals and working imperfectly toward them, Yes, imperfectly. Although I usually reach my goal, I inevitably stumble - many times - along the way. Pulling myself back up is key to my successfully completing a challenge and meeting a goal.
My Goals
I hope to become a fit, vibrant Grandma who smiles a lot, so my wrinkles will all be in the right places.
My Intentions
Change things up - nutritionally, training-wise and, especially: emotionally - til I get the results I desire.
Who I'd Like to Inspire
All the gals in the course of my day who've lost verve due to peri/meno and the sinking feeling that it's hopeless. Cuz dreams do come true, if you call them goals.
