Great line from one of my favorite Nikelback songs right now. The song talks about living in the now and letting go of the past. If it was your last day what would you do, say, BE?

I woke up this morning a tad moody. Just knowing that it is going to be a long day and how busy I'll be. After we get off work this afternoon we'll be driving for about 6.5 hours to visit my husbands family. His Dad is in the hospital in ICU and has been since Monday night. He passed out during one of his breathing treatments and they could not wake him up. He is awake and ok at the moment. Docs still not 100% sure what happened..too much CO2 in his body from a crimped oxygen line they think. He also has a bit of pneumonia in one of his lungs. We had contemplated NOT visiting cause we didn't want to create any additional stress for Don's Mom...however...we were soon told that seeing Bethany(and us) is just the medicine that Don's Dad needs right now. So off we go.

So while my mood was a bit off this morning I visited Diane's blogsite and saw that finally some of the new videos had come through and posted. Just watching Diane do a starjump makes me smile. I can't help it. She's 2000 miles away from me right now and she made my day better just by being who she is.

YOU determine what kind of day you will have...not a number on a scale..not approval from others...YOU...YOU AND ONLY YOU HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE YOURSELF AND YOUR ATTITUDE.
