I'm a 43 year old father of 3 and husband to 1. My wife and I have been working on changing our lifestyles to better eating habits, more physical exercise and spritual growth but its a day-to-day event.
I lost 35 lbs 2 years ago and have stayed at the same weight/body condition since then. I am praying by following Bill's plan and taking on the challenge I can get off of this platue and have the physical condition that God intended me to have. My wife is undergoing the transformation at the same time. We support each other in this endeavor.
We have 3 children and we're hopeful that through changing our patterns we will have a positive affect on them as well.
