You sure brought back some old memories of me in 1998, When I first heard of Bill Phillips. I also participated in the transformation as well. I am really thinking of doing it again at age 42 for myself and my 2 year old baby girl. Recording your progress is a great idea, keep it up and don't stop now. You did it Joe, You are inspiring all of us.

Way to go JOE!!!!! I hear ya. I've only been at this a few weeks, and I already feel better. I already feel more energy, more patience with my kids, and able to do more around the house, and be content with spending time with them.
