I just saw your video and I cried. Even though I don't know you, I KNOW you and I am so proud. I am the mother of a 23 year old with high functioning autism, (along with 3 other siblings). I do know the challenges each and every day and the depression that comes with it. Every day is a new challenge. You are an inspiration to me to make my transformation this year. I did it before, I'll do it again.

It is very encouraging to me as I know I can lose the weight but I have always been afraid that no matter how much I worked out I would not be able to get tone or cut. You have proven that is a definate possiblity. Thanks for the insperation.

I have a few friends and even my grandson autisum and I see what they go through, it's not easy at all it really takes a toll on them, but they like you do what they need to do. You my friend are unbelievable beautiful inside and outside, wow!
