I Am
Where I am now:Alive and free!! Loving life!! I desire to help, support, encourage, inspire, motivate, cheer, and share with others. I want to see others transform their lives and I will do what I can to help others. I continue to learn and grow spiritually each day. Where I was when I started my journey the week of July 20, 2008.:a male in my early 30's. I am going to make changes in my life that will cause a transformation. At the moment I am in transition. I was laid off 12/2006. I took some time to travel and visit some friends after the lay off. There I learned, those who you put close to you influence your lifestlye. I have not found employment since I was laid off, but I do not plan on that stopping me from taking on this challenge. I hope to become an example for others to follow and that maybe someone gets insipred by me as I go through this transformation.

To me, Transformation Means
making a complete change physically and spiritually. When one no longer wants to feel trapped in their shell, that person uses the tools given and breaks free!
My Goals
are to take this first step of accepting the challenge, complete Bill's assignment's, eat balanced meals, exercise, make correct choices in my lifestyle, lose 30 pounds of fat, increase mucscle mass by 10 pounds, transform body and mind, and inspire.
My Intentions
are to get rid of this foggy dreamlike state, wake up and live!!
Who I'd Like to Inspire
all those that are the ledge of wanting to make a transformation. I want to help them take the leap.
