So What's the Point?! My "Be The Change" Purpose
The point is ME! I'm doing this because I am worth it and I matter and I get to and I CAN!
I'm doing this because I want to continue to better myself and I want to have a positive outlook on life. I want to maintain a positive focus through each and every experience I encounter.
I'd doing this for Dennis, to show him that I am capable. I'm doing this for Brent and Chad so that I can be a powerful role model and inspiration to them.
Q1 - Where am I now? A - see Assignment #1
Q2 - Where am I going? A - see Assignment #1
Q3 - Why am I doing this? A - see above
Q4 - When? A - Start date is July 21, End date is November 23.
Q5 - How? (Goals) A - Review/re-read my purpose and goals daily.
Follow weekly 1/2 marathon training schedule and complete marathon on Oct. 19th.
Run in memory and honour of Basil Crawford (my father-in-law) and raise $500 for South Huron hospital.
Complete a minimum of 3 strength training workouts at my gym weekly.
Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water each day.
Follow a clean eating plan 6 days a week and allow myself 1 free day. If necessary, eat clean for 7 days and allow myself 3 cheat meals.
Read each day for at least 10 minutes from the book "The Power of the Praying Woman".
Say a prayer each morning and night.
Lose 15 lbs to weigh 130 by November 23.
Re-assess my goals at the beginning of Phase 2 - September 1, 2008
