Eating and exercising has been 100%.  I haven't felt better.  My weight hasn't changed in about 3 weeks, but I can tell a difference in my body composition.  In 6 weeks I have lost 15 pounds, 19 inches and BF% down 4.76%.  I am really pushing myself to be the best I can...

Fruday, August 15th`
