Hi Ron, I'm so glad you've regained your health and life through Gods love and your committment to the transformation! I had to abort the transformation last year due to complications from the bike wreck, but I'm back in the fold for this year! Kerri will never get on a bike again after seeing me dead at the scene, then brain dead for a month and a half, but I'm riding again, and still hope to ride with you someday! Jack

I Am

I live with my beautiful wife Karen. I am 55 year old Born again Christian .Thought I was strong until my son came home from Iraq two years ago and 3 weeks later committed suicide on my birthday . I went into a tail spin. One week after Matt's Funeral I had a heart attack and my official diagnosis was Tako-Tsubo cardiomyopathy .I had gotten so bad the V.A. Hospital gave me a prescription for a wheelchair , I took a walker and a cane instead, I remember that day because my wife cried . Since joining the Transformation family I have lost 171 lbs so far and I have been reborn !!!!!!!!!!
No walker , no cane anymore and my Dr.has started cutting some of my medicine. !
I Love God , my family ,My T.com family , my Country and I have even learned to like eating clean.
I love children and animals and the park. I also LOVE being able to see my feet again and walking without a walker.
God has blessed me and his Grace has allowed me to open the first Family Christian Karate school in Central Florida ! WOOO HOOO :)

My Favorite Charity

St. Judes Childrens Hospital , I went there a few years ago and I saw all the GREAT things they do for children .. And New Life Church.......:)

To me, Transformation Means

To me transformation means a real non judgmental , caring , loving , sharing family.
We share laughs (Leti ) and we share sadness ( everyone is so uplifting )
We have some of the best prayer warriors in the world ( I think so :) )
