Day 24 - Having A Plan
It is impossiblke to undersetimate the importance of having a plan for any goal you wish to achieve. No matter how motivated you are to achieve any partidular goal, if you don't have a plan, you will face an uphill battle.
I'll give you a couple of examples. I am hyper-anal about my plainning for this transformation. I know before the week ever begins exactly what I'm goin gto eat and when...I know what work-outs I'm going to do and when. This keeps me on track when that evil little voice inside me try's to veer off course.
This morning, I did not want to get up and go work out. I wanted to lay in bed for another hour. But I had a plan...I had my gym stuff all laid out...I had a workout schedule on paper, ready to go. With all that preperation, I simply could not roll back over and go to sleep. I had to go work out...had I not planned, if I just got up and winged it, it would have been very easy to blow off my work out.
Same thing with food. By knowing exactly what I'm going to eat and when, it is relatively easy to stay on schedule. I don't veer off and eat things I don't want too becuase I know it will upset my whole plan.
SOmeone once said: Failing to plan is plannig to fail. I could not agree with this more.
I hope you're working accoirding to plan and havina great day!
God Bless!

Your plan is amazing in it's details. I realized that my plan is a bit hapazard and I really need to tighten up the details. Thanks for the insight.
