Day 32 - Perfect Is The Enemy Of Good
One thing we all have to get over is that we're never going to be perfect. It's just not going to happen. I'm especially bad about this. If I can't do something perfectly in a pretty short amount of time...I tend to give up.
This Transformation has reached a critical point. I'm seeing some results, but I'm starting to question whether I'm doing everything I can to change myself. I ask myself negative questions: Did I eat too much? Have I pushed myself hard enough in the gym? Am I keeping sufficient records? ANd on and on.
The fact is, this is a long term deal. We're going to have ups and downs...we're not going to be perfect all the time. Fortunatly, I don't think we have to be perfect to achieve our goals. We just have to make some fundamental changes about our apporach to nutrition and excersise.

Amen! We are all hopefully making all kinds of changes in more than just nutrition and exercise - all of these changes come together and make up the "Be The Change" Champion we have hopes of being! There's so many changes happening that it's impossible, as you said, to be absolutely perfect in all aspects of this transformation process. Some days we need a little extra push and attention in some areas and the others have to be a little more relaxed. Thank you for this post and good luck in your journey!
