Day 34 - Do Good Work
I've just about completed 5 weeks of this Transformation and one of the htings that I'm most pleasantly surprised by is how much more energy I have...and how much better work I'm able to do.
I have an almost manic approach to planning my meals and excersise for the week...and that habit of planning is rubbing off in other parts of my life. I'm setting worrk goals for myself everyday, and not completing them feels like missing a workout or eating something I'm not supposed too.
In short, my whole life is better thanks to this challenge...and I'm barely into it. I can only imagine the difference when I start to really lose weight, add muscle, and gain ENERGY!

I think setting goals is one of the most important part about this transformation process! It also makes this process life-long. There will always be new goals we can achieve and we can always keep pushing ourselves to reach higher levels in all that we do! Congratulations on 5 weeks done! Love ya! m'wah! Jan
