Day 8 - Need Rest
SHort blog today. For some reason I was unable fall asleep last night. I layed down at about 10:00...tossed and turned until around midnight. Got up and watched TV for a couple of hours, then went back to bed and fell asleep somtime around 3:00. When I went to bed I decided to do my workout after work instead of first thing in the morning...to allow myself a couple of extra hours of sleep.
Instead, I woke up at 6:30. I went ahead and hit the gym...today was leg day. I really had a good workout, my legs are already sore tonight. Tommorow I'm going to be in serious pain...which is awesome!!
I ate great today and my pants do feel just a tad looser.
It's all catching up with me...I'm really tired.
