Day 9 - Feeling in a Groove
I'm really feeling like I'm settling into a groove with my new nutrition and excersise routine. Today was a great day...had a super cardio workout at 6:45, then a great breakfast, ate good all day and now I'm gong to go to bed in about an hour.
I actually felt like I had a burst of energy todaya when I was gettingup from my desk. That is something new for me. Under normal circumstances, liftin my 270 popund ass out of my compfy chair is a chore. But I'm feeling a little more energy.
I really like eating and excersising this way. I actually enjoy the food and the portion sizes. But I'm leary of falling back into my old ways. Sometimes, without even thinking about it, I think about getting a double cheeseburger or a chocolate malt. I'm usually not hungry...it's just some sort of wierd comfort eating.

Thanks for sharing I did have a great day training for a half marathon I walk at 7:00 am every morning so much wild life to hear and seeeI love this time of day! Hang in there. It does get easier.
