I'm Ready For Lift Off
I've done everything I know to do to get ready for this challenge. I've made a spreadsheet menu with all my meals for this week. I written down exactly what workouts I'm going to do. I've reread the original BFL, I'm almost finished with Porter Freeman's book, and I watched Body of Work a coupe of days ago. I went and told my doctor what I was doing and I set t aitme to have my body fat tested on Tuesday.
Perhaps most importantly, I've laminated a 4 x 6 card that says, "My Goal is to weigh 190 pounds" on one side and, on the other side, I've listed my reasons for losing weight. I made 5 copies of the card and puon enext to my bed to read every morning and every night, I've also put them in my car, my office, and in my briefcase so I can read it anytime I need too.
I've got a journal set up and I'm going to use this blog to record my thoughts.
I even went out and washed my car, paid all the bills, and balanced the checkbook...just so I won't have any of that on my mind this first week
I don't know anything else I can do to prepare. I feel ready to go. I'm very excited.
Thanks for the kid encouragment. This site is great.
Peace and Love

Ted, that is so awesome! Way to be prepared! I'm so stealing your idea about the laminated card! Good luck on your first week! I know you'll be a success!
