I Am

I am a child of God. A wife mother grandmother and a friend. I love nature floating down a river in a kayak or standing on a mountain top looking at what God created. Smelling rain listening to the sounds of nature is when I am the happiest

My Favorite Charity

Susan G Kormen Foundation (Brest Cancer)

To me, Transformation Means

Changing inside and out much like a butterfly that started out as a worm. As I write this I realize that worm was transformed from spirit. so it is a circle from spirit to life, back to spirit. That is true Transformation. During this life I have gone through many transformations, and at this point like the butterfly I want to spread my wings and fly!

My Goals

I want to build myself up. No longer to be afraid to show who I am. I would like to be as close to my 30 year old body as possible. The body of a swimmer lean and strong. That would require a 35-40 pound weight loss and a lot of toning. I realize I"m no longer 30, so I will be happy with a few signs of aging. There are 80 year olds running marathons, so who knows maybe I will run one some day.

My Intentions

To be the best I can be!

Who I'd Like to Inspire

My children, grandchildren, and friends. I would like them to grow to thier fullest potential, to live life to the fullest and with out regrets
