Mondays Work Out 11-02-09

    Monday as a whole was pretty awesome. Went to the gym and did an hour work out that did get me sweating and happy. It's weird but yeah I'm starting to get the pumps that you feel from working out. LAST WEEKS EVENTS

    Last week was a hard one for me. Ended up having a cold and missed the weeks workouts. Did get down to a doctor in Lewiston. Had to do a pre-interview for a sleep study. They're going to see if I"ve got Sleep Acnea. The study will take place on Thursday of next week. They told me that it could take two days to do the entire study.
