Hello, just want to say thank you to Dusty you've been so good to me. Also want to thank every one for their awesome help. Went to the doctor with my daughter yesterday. My weight is at 443.8 I figure it's from the creatine I'm useing. I'm feeling a lot stronger when I walk. Talking about walking me and Peg doubled our usual walk yesterday and walked all most a half a mile. I ended up stopping a few times to get my wind and to stop my back from hurting. I'm working on back excercises specific to strengthing the back just for the walking thing.
M1 7:30 AM: Had a vanilla protein shake with 2 scoops of powder made in the vitamix. This lands me with three 3 2 cup servings with all of the ice I put in. The family ate french toast for breadfast. I refused to give in and just had my protein shake with a bannana. Also had 1 surving of corn flakes.
M2 11:30 AM: Had the same as above minus the bannana. Find this gives me a lot of liquids. Feel the results of drinking so much water early in the day.
M3 3:00 PM: The family again made something I would not eat because it was junk. Ended up making another protein shake. Put in a small sccop of gatorade lemon-lime to flavor before I went on the walk with Peggy. We ended up walking for a hour and a half at the Park we go to.
M4 6:50 PM: Dad made noodles with alfredo sauce and chicken breast. Ate a serving with 2 servings of Green-Beans
M5 10:00 PM: Had my bedtime protein shake with some lemon juice in it to flavor. It was without bananna because at night I'm cutting back on the carbs.
Thanks everyone for your input. It has helped a lot. I've ended up running out of the creatine fruit punch. Plan to get German Creatine when my father gets paid on the 3rd of Septermber. I'm also talking about getting a cleanse Kit and flush kit to clean out my system and all of the bad stuff. Have not done one of these in years. Figure at the least it will do my colon really good. I'm also trying to get my mom to get a gallon of apple cider vinegar. Some one said if I put some in water in the morning that it would help a lot. Don't really know. If any one has any ideas please let me know. I've been useing Nutrion Express, Pro-Source and I just found a Swanson's magazine which has really good prices on all of the supplements. They've even beat Pro-Source and Nutrion Expresses Prices. Been cleaning out my storage and have found a lot of stuff. Thought I had a 10 pound bag of protein and more creatine. Also know I got Glutamine in their some where. My protiein I use now has a lot of stuff in it.
The protien I'm using is Optimums Gold Standard Protein. I will only by in 10 bag because it seems to last a long time. When I make shakes I uselly share with Kathrin and My mom. My dog gets just a little spread on her food. She goes nuts over it and uselly eats all of her food. This happens with her only once a day but she seems to be getting stronger by a lot. She's also seems to be a lot more happiier just like me.
Any how I'm doing great and have made some changes in my body composition. I'm monitoring it with a loose tape that I measure each body part with. Seems my strength is growing and things under the skin seems to be harding up. I felt a little bloated the first two weeks but now that even seems to have passed. Plus I was running for the bathroom every half hour but even that seems to be disappering.

I'm working on a weight station on my back porch and I've added a free weights with 300 pounds to my reporta. Got most of the weights from the dump for $5.00 a pretty good envestment. Robin still has not let me get the jump ropes. Still trying to get all of our rooms and storage straightend out. She's got weight bags that you put around your ankles. Plus the jump ropes. I'm going to pry them out of her room today I think. Pray for me I need it.
Well think I've talked all of your legs off enough. I'm planning to do all of Bill's tasks and posting them over the next two weeks. Have felt down from the heat the last 5 days but I'm over that and have a full head of steam. Love all of you and am sending praises out. Thank you all so much for your comments. Thanks so much every one. I'm just looking and doing what is realistic. I've been really humbled by the site and am planning to stay around. My spirit just don't have any quite in it. I was unhappy about gaining a few pounds, but figure that was due to the creatine. Think it actually made me feel a little better. I feel a lot stronger.
