Hi Tim, One thing Bill has taught us in our life lessons is that there are 1440 mins in the day... Well, a good friend is training for the big wave side of surfing and he trully needs a lot of help.. Well, on Tues and Thurs from 5 pm till sunset i'm gonna train with him in the ocean on paddleboards and make sure he has the training side of the sport on the right track...and later he will have to be able to do things like hold his breath for a looong time...and know all the currents at each spot he's going... Now i bring this up Tim because this guy is getting going on an extreme sport when he is over 50 and he has a family... There is no stoppin this guy but i can do a one man intervention if he is not prepared. Ya see he is not gonna get a go light from me until he can do well racing paddleboards.... and some specific training.. Whats funny Tim is i'm gonna be out in the H20 with a lot of skinny guys who are gung ho... However that is what a training partner does.. Yep i do have a right to put in my two cents becuase i paid dues for decades.. and i lost a few friends in the ocean.. By the way if he wants my ok...he has to be able to map out surf spots and show the currents and understand the line ups...etc..etc. Now bro, he is putting a fork in my gym training....but he got to me...saying he wanted to follow in my footsteps... I told him he picked the wrong hero...i made a lotta mistakes... And guess what bro...one reason i open my mouth here is i have simply seen a lot and have gotten stuck sometimes... Now bro there is a memorial race re: one lifegauard who went way far from being very fit... and a contest re: another who died. Now to a point... Tim i haven't even started pushing YOU regarding training.. but for you is is to mostly enjoy the MAGIC of the gym scene and get hooked.. Jeez i met with my friend Richard and his Mom and one of 3 daughters... and he has serious stoke ya can't believe for a 52 year old... One thing i told them is i drive my car like a grandma... One thing ya learn by middle age is to cool it regarding some sports or what you did for kicks...or be very well prepared.. However what is also sooo cool is that Richard Duran will do great...in his quest and so will YOU.. Now Tim the gym is the most level playing field and one of the safest with a spotter.. Now Tim soon i hope to see you writing about training in your blog... or i will feel like more of a fool for talking about it over and over...LOL Pardon me it is now high time to enjoy some magic which is simply good training... Ok nuff words...i'll read your blog later on.. Take care, Tom

Hello every one want to say God Bless first off. It's been a heck of a few days for me. I can't get into the details at the moment but it was a situation that I pray none of you ever get into. The last few weeks have been really tough for me because of the weather change into winter. Want to wish you all the best and good luck to your goals. Thanks Tom for your kind words and thoughts. You are sure a person to look up to and follow. At present trying to pick up all the pieces and go on forward with the Lord's Help. Amen to all of you and wish you the best on getting better and healthier. I've been praying for all of you and thinking dearly about you all too. Thanks so much for your prayers and thoughts. Amen Tim.

Hi Tim.... Happens to be i got an email from Marty...that started with.. "You've got me pegged...enjoy the fun" As my Texas friends say bro...."I tell you what...."... i do understand the magic in training....and cross training and this and that... Marty lost 40 lbs and ran a marathon etc..etc... Actually millions in 20 countries have been influenced with BFL... and we see whats happening here.. Now Tim...here's the deal...If ya want me as a workout partner... ya gotta tell me about your training....on this message board or in private.. One magic word in Bill's programs are progress and progress is the main goal... Now Tim...i wrote a message to Bill yesterday re: BFL and Kenny Fernandez in Texas and i mentioned you here in this program... Yes Tim i am more interested in your progam than mine now.. Now bro...yes i am backing you a gazillion percent...and yes...i guess i did have Marty pegged....and take my word on sumptin.. i do understand the magic in training. Yes, i could go on and on about how you are a great guy... but i'd rather have a workout partner and the two of us show some folks what WE can do.. Ok Tim...the ball is in your court...I do like reading about the bunkbeds and seeing your black Labrador Retriever....esp since i had one..however a big part of the this game is food and training.. Geez i just spent several years on a BFL site message board re: these 2 subjects.. Oh yeah bro i'd rather hear about how your Dad's hunting went....but sumptin tells me it is time to focus on goals and what we are mostly here for.. Tim...YOU deserve better results by now.... Ya see Tim one thing great about Arnold and Bill is that they are focused on bottom line results... To me...when you say you are feeling strong...hey that's great and i happened to love pumps... Well, earlier you talked about going to the gym 6 days a week which is a LOT... and actually 3 or 4 times is great.....Just showing up may be great... Now Tim... the ball is in your court on sumptin.... If ya want me to show up in Idaho for some event like your daughters wedding...ya gotta work with me now... One time bro in the 70's a cheerleader hit me with a remark saying i did something "half assed"....Nobody has ever said that since then.. Now bro...ya see if i mentioned your name in an email to Bill Phillips you bet i am gonna follow up with YOU.. Now Tim have a great day and just remember when i write....it is mostly to express that i really care and sometimes the folks who push you more...care the most....and may be helpful.. Aloha, Tom

Hey Tim....i just noticed another great thing you did....which was to "promise you will never give up"....I was just re-reading your profile.... Happens to be Tim i quit some music lesssons but i will never give up music....And today i was in a music store asking 3 bass players advice.. and one came up with something helpful.. Ya know the mastermind concept is often used in biz...but solutions often come up right in the gyms...when a few people talk... Ya know one of Arnolds main competitors Sergio Oliva was called "the Myth" because he trained in Cuba and at home and nobody knew what he was up to....I met him in the early 80's and this guy was trully amazing.. Happens to be Sergio actually did bench pressing on a daily basis which is unusual.. Now Tim, i just met a guy name Lou from Venice that trained with Serge Nubert a great bb and i met a guy from New York that looked like a top bb...Chris Dickerson... Now lemme get to the point bro...I am a million times more interested in how YOUR training is going.. Now bro....i know how your daughters have the bunkbed in the middle of the room and some really interesting things.. Well, bro...how's about we talk about your cardio and your training some... and as the Texans say....I tell you what bro... i bectha we can get some magic going and later you'll like me for...um...pestering you... Now Tim...yes...i do know you have dealt with depression and yes i understand the insulin problem some and the shoes.... Well yes i can imagine the dog and cat fight... HOWEVER ...guess what bro? I think you can go as far as ya wanna go with Bill's progams and maybe modifying later.. Yes, yep oh yeah...geez you allready have a lotta friends here bro.. and guess what?.... I think you are fantastic... And guess what again? Ya might like me better later on...if we both get super great transformations.. Again bro ....it doesn't have to happen this round...some things take time. and it is great ...you "promised you will never give up" Yes Tim i could put this in private email....and some folks may think i'm outta line....However ya know Tim i used to hire the guys who were in charge of the trainers...and other folks.. Now....Tim hows about you tell Robin and Kathrin about this wild guy across the ocean who is gonna show up some time.. Now bro if there is a problem with the training lemme know okay? Yes i understand some of this.... and i also understand how good it can feel.. Yep Tim the most important numbers are the ones with your Doctors and the main thing at the gym is consistancy... Now Tim i will go back to writing private email.... because i don't wanna sound like a lunatic... however ya know i can visualize your progress bro... Well had a good swim this am ....to the gym tonight.. Take care, Aloha, Tom

BFLTom808 wrote at 11:25 AM on Nov 03, 2008

Hi Tim, Well bro....the holidays are coming close and the weather where YOU are isn't gonna be the most fun to walk in...all the time... Yes Tim everything i've said so far is obvious...However guess what?.... i do plan for a gazillion obstacles.... Ya know Tim...today i put on my Ironman watch for training.... I do want to greet friends in the gym but i'm kicking things up notches now.. One thing again about Arnold and Bill and others is they do focus on bottom line results.. Honestly...usually i am thrilled to feel good and get good pumps... Well i opened my big mouth and said i'd get symetrical and ripped.. then i put on some size.....l0l Well Tim...right now is a time i should be networking and be enterprising and YES a lotta folks in Bill's programs have goals and they go right out the window at this time of year.. Well, i tell ya what bro i am gonna train twice a day thru the whole winter and i may only miss one ...when i'm on a plane to visit my Dad at Christmas. Actually i have liked 2 a day training since the 70's bro...but i wanna do sumptin this round.. I mentioned to Marty a goal i have now and i'll "splain that later" Now Tim....are we gonna be prepared for the holidays? and are YOU gonna walk in the snow? Well, gots to go bro....Have a great Monday and week... Take care, Tom

BFLTom808 wrote at 09:25 PM on Nov 02, 2008

Hi Tim, There's a book i really like called "Leading an Inspired Life" by James Rohn, who i met in the 80's and he has been very helpful...in many areas of life. Well, i was re-reading some chapters and one is on "Communicating Effectively" and it mostly is geared at the marketplace... Well, one thing i do at the Powerhouse gym is notice how trainers talk to people and workout partners and i do notice when some folks are sitting around a long time...etc. It's a habit from working in gyms... Well, there is this one great trainer who switched from Golds and he is very carefull with a lot of sensitivity to folks coming in... Well, get this...when he is training with his friends they are doing old school yelling to get the intensity going...and i got a kick outta that and just smiled. Some gyms like rehab ones are really low key and theres one here called the dungeon that is way too intense for most. Well, actually on my BFL site i have tried all kinds of communication... Ya know with a workout partner somewhere along the line you have a right to say ....whatever... Real quick ....just an example....not refering to you.. Oh, boy with Kenny of Texas when i said "Bro, ya ain't got no fist in your glove" he was sooo upset he didn't talk for a while...but we were ok...soon. Well, you see i earned the right to say something and it comes AFTER showing that you CARE for a long time.. Well, we have this guy Tokyo Joe who would wiegh his food and count calories and switched to training with kettle balls from coventional wieghts. Well, i could tell from across the ocean he was recording some meals and took in a LOT of calories probably late night...and well, i'm sure Kettle Balls are good but i love a fully equiped gym.. Geez, some folks do make this harder than it is...Bills upper/ lower split and high intensity is body building and if someone wants to modify it later their are classic 3 and 4 day splits and numerous types of training that works. One reason i loved the BFL and EFL books is i know the size of my fist...but also i know when i'm running a calorie deficet and i know when i'm at target heart rate....This just comes with time.. By the way with old workout partners i don't need to yell anything... i could whisper something in thier ear...and i have earned permission to do that over time... Well again one thing Arnold said was "wieght training is not an intellectual exercise...it is emotional" Well, let me quote what Jim Rohn says about "emotional intensity" He says "It comes from a blend of our experiences. Where you've been, what you've seen, what you've heard, how you've felt, what you got into, what you got out of, your sucesses, your failures....that is emotional intensity..." Well our BFL group which uses the word "Lightning Fire" has some folks that did amazing things... One thing i'm not proud of is i had a record number of overuse injuries.. 6 in a year and a half...and i had a half baked theory of approaching training like an extreme sport.. One thing that is great IS learning from others mistakes... Well, one thing i love about the gym is that it is actually very safe...and if one progresses gradually it is easy to be injury free but some folks never learn high intensity...and also miss out on endorphins popping and pumps and adrenaline... In some things you learn right away when you make a mistake... Ya see, one thing you learn in cliff diving is that when you land...your are supposed to punch threw the water with fists...and make sure your arms don't separate.. Geez, nobody told me that...lol In lifting there are pushing and pulling grips there are ways to measure wih your outstreached hands and thumbs where to grip a barbell benching. As i ramble again...last night there was a nineteen year old doing barbell curls with way more than he could really handle... One thing i said was recomending the easy curl bar or camber bar which is a lot easier on the wrist.. As yes the wrist is a weak link....if one wears it out too soon in a workout then the rest of the training won't be good.. Ok..ok most folks know all this stuff... Well, get this....there is one old friend that hardly ever asked for a spot... Well, on day he was benching and the bar landed on his chest and made a deep permanant groove on his chest... Geez, he was lucky his ribs weren't broken.. Now all he had to do was ask for a spot or if no one is there ...spill the wieghts to both sides.. Well, Tim if you are still with me...one thing that is great about using d-bells or machines a spot ya don't have to be concerned about all of the above.. Now, one thing i do is refer to old friends as my "knuklehead, boneheaded freinds in the gym becuase we made a lot of mistakes in the old days.. Well...for example when bee pollen was the big thing...i remember taking a lot of that with a lot of coffee and i barfed out a lot...on the first ...good set. Geez i remember training real hard from midnight to three am then we'd go out for breakfast... and we didn't pay attention to what we ate.. Well, Sly Stallone got some folks eating raw eggs or cans of tuna... Now if there is a point here... geez Bill has done a wonderful job of bringing BB to the masses and eating right and yes he will get credit as the fitness icon that did this... Arnold tried but Arnold was not so good at writing routines without power movements in them.. Now Tim after saying all this...guess what? I believe if one just shows up at the gym and follows a plan and later get clock work consistancy they will do well.. By the way there is one IFBB or pro bb i won't name but he did all his training wrong but just trained intensely and and did well.. Now ... Tim...back to Jim Rohn...he believes in meaningfull progress in a reasonable time.....and you do want to set some goals.. One thing some folks fail to do is learn how to have a good time training and that is what keeps people coming back.. Now at this last gym...we had a night crew with some guys that trained hard but also threw fitness balls around and i actually sang some Mick Jagger Some guys doing the punish um workouts were trully having the time of thier lives.. Now Tim i could rattle on reasons i love the gym scene but actually..... i coulda just said i hope you really do.. Hope your Sunday was great.... Aha i am outta words and going in the pool.. Aloha, Tom

BFLTom808 wrote at 12:25 PM on Nov 02, 2008

Hi Tim, Hope you have a great Sunday... One thing i am hoping to do is learn more from you on the spirtual side... because well, i do get confused in that area.... Well, bro lyrics say "don't stop believing, go on and on and on... If i may say sumptin...don't stop believing in Bill's programs for a second.. Now brother Tim...i did a hard very hard workout last night and to my delight the recovery feels good...so far ...on less than enough sleep... In my op ya don't have a good workout unless you have a good recovery. There trully is a fine line between some training and overtraining.. Yep...theres several symptoms of overtraining...to pay attention to... Well bro...i was fortunate to have "all systems go" or a green light to follow my strategy for todays workouts.. Well, get this bro...before my morning coffee i got a call from a credit card co. for being late on a payment and i just paid them on Sept 11... Well, ya know this collections lady said she has had a lotta hang up calls. I don't mind saying right now is a challenging time financially...and one biz dream evaporated yesterday....and that was the only one i had going....however guess what?...i can allways work for someone who i've known in a gym and i wouldn't need to even put together a resume... Actually i thanked this lady from Utah for the wake up call....however a new goal is not to be woken up on a Sunday morning this way... Now Tim you may wonder why i ramble on like this to you... Well, that is what .....real.... workout partners..... do... And if i take a shot gun approach with some words maybe something will be worth reading.... What i do know very well Tim...is in 2005 i had a connection with Kenny of Texas... and i did make a difference. Oh, yes...i will be going to see him sometime and his new baby "Kenzie" and Uncle Dave...and i'll most yak about how THEY flipped my switch and floated my boat.. Now Tim... i tell ya bro...once you have trained for a few months...i will show you how to leap frog over some folks who sit and hang onto machines too long....A harsh reality is over 80 percent of the folks in a 24 hour Fitness i go to are trully going thru the motions...and the recidivism rate or rate folks quit over X amt of months is still high.. Oki doki Tim....i'm just one voice from far away... Well, we be soo glad if i can help in some way regarding your gym training. OMGosh...to be very real...when Kenny had his quest going i had to bite my tongue about the home gym equipment he was using...and i kinda hoped he wouldn't do training "by the book"... Ya know he had "lightning fire" going ...and you shine a real special way.. In a way Tim...in 9 or so years of BFL... i did get a strong feeling i could help Kenny and a few others...and as a great guy Tim...i really really hope you training takes off....you deserve to have all the great feelings and results. Well Bill reminds us we have some 1440 minutes in the day....in one of his lifes lessons....i don't want to ramble for another minute.. I do understand how the "magic" works in the gym and in some music... and it has worked day in day out since old school and old time rock and roll or r and b i listened to as a kid. Now Tim learning some things in the gym was not hard...i have even just asked "how did you do that? or why did you do it that way?" Well, some folks are doing compound movements and working cables with their arms and something with thier legs at the same time before learning basic movements.. One time a CPT was training a new person how to start lifting on a fitness ball before a solid bench...An old timer blasted that trainer for making it harder to start....for a guy new to the gym... Yep, there are a thousand levels of training and golly gee, guess what? ....some trainers make some things more difficult so you depend on them. and follow them a certain way.. Ok Tim ...just throwing out some ops...to the pool later to an uncrowded Sunday gym session.. Ok one more thing....Ya know when i mention something about Gilad's background here in Hawaii...and ops about "Bodies in Motion" i love that guy but yes he would tell ya those folks on the mats also have good gym training.. I am so proud of him for gettting in the Fitness Hall of Fame.. By the way he must be over 50 now and doing really tough training.. Well, hope sumptin was worth typing and hope all have a good Sunday. All the best, Tom

BFLTom808 wrote at 04:10 AM on Nov 02, 2008

Hi Tim, Well, tonight i did have a punish um work out blasted three body parts and it was intense....Pardon me ... i actually just about barfed after one set... Now there is no real need to do this, and it was mostly to get great pumps... and feel real good. Now Tim, ya know my idea of going on Route 66 with you driving a big trucik may sound ridiculous. Now, i happen to come up with plan a plans b or c but the main thing is i wanna meet YOU. Now, ya know these cruises and the expo and this and that cost a lot....Guess what? My BFL brother Kenny Fernandez has free get togethers called "Living 10", they have river raft trips..etc...Now here's a plan b...To go in a car, bus, train and see Kenny \the 2005 champ or some of the folks...Now Uncle Dave Beachum is the most loved guy in BFL and he also has had BIG TIME adversity... and he will take off to Texas or Florida to meet with people... Now the idea is just taking a break from the regular routine ...their is no need to celebrate in Hawaii or anywhere far away... Now according to my main mentor..."You want to have goals so you know when to celebrate" Well that may sound funny.... By the way Tim...one thing comes to mind....Jay Leno did not allways have it easy....he actually slept on the back stairs of a comedy club...and now he's the hardest working man in show biz.. Well guess what? One is usually happier when they are working hard and doing their best... Now Tim i have it real easy in some ways compared to you regarding responsibilities ....i don't have kids or even pets...i have a digital fish tank so i can come and go and not worry about some things... Well, regarding my training geez i got a lifetime PR tonight after i saw this really thin guy do better than i ever did...Geez bro his frame is not built for that.. By the way my favorite bb Steve Davis did not build up to being the most symetrical BB...he chiseled down from 285... to 197... Now here may be a point Tim... the gym tonight was filled with thin teenagers wishing they had size... This one guy at Powerhouse is incredibly ripped and he is bummed out he isn't big....Everybody wants to be different than they are... Well, hows about loving yourself unconditionally right now for being a great guy... Ya know Tim there was one friend who put on a lot of wieght and ended up working as Santa Claus at the mall...really big. Now he and one of my bosses did the lap band or some surgery and get this ...Santa Claus became a great surfer again and my boss went from a radio personality to looking good on tv comercials.. Now i heard you mention that and i just wanted to say my 2 cents that after seeing these two guys turn around with the procedure....seems good to look into.. Ya know Tim what i am getting at is i can hear and feel some of your concerns...You do have it tougher than a lotta people... Well, Uncle Dave Beachum...would be in the hosptial after a stroke saying "i'm gonna lose 60 lbs this round and become grand champion" Well, he lost over a hundred pounds.... Now Tim...we don't need to hear any more success stories... theres so many people here, the champions book, the BFL and EFL book.. Ya know bro, i am more interested in your rounds than mine now.... and yes i'll tell ya why... Ya see i was working on rippability in the 70's and theres new excitement but it kinda straight forward what i need to do.. Well Tim you are shining on this site and spreading the love but we know it's not easy... Well, i'd like you to consider going for a smaller vacation later on but some kind of one...and there is still a plan C... That being a big event like Robin getting married etc..etc... Well, keep in mind Tim...you happen to be in a postion to do a dramtic change that can inspire a lotta folks.. Now bro...i just rambled before and after a great workout... and my hope is you feel as good as i do now... Maybe most ideas or plans i think up won't help... but your goals and your plans will.. Let me not forget the main point...Yes, yep oh yeah, i'm looking forward to meeting you in person... One more thing...from your blog you mentioned the noise in your place... Well, maybe if you imagine Jay Leno sleeping on a stair case....it won't be as bad... Well, have a good Sunday bro, enjoy Church and all, Aloha, Tom

BFLTom808 wrote at 09:19 PM on Nov 01, 2008

Hi Tim, Hope you had a good Halloween and things are going well.. Well bro actually i had zero desire for candy and lately i just eat still satisfied and stop.. Ya know bro some folks count calories and one Phd recomended getting the mind off food... Today i was busy and didn't think about food...had 2 meal replacements.. Well, actually sometimes i have a meal standing up...and i don't need to make an "event" out of eating... Ya know bro... it is soo cool you are doing the walking and are headed to the gym..... Well, there are a lot of approaches to Bill's programs...Some folks make drastic changes in life and have certain good rounds... Well ya know if the weight isn't coming off still....i have an idea.... ....taking your time on the program and doing it gradually... Tim i have only had 3 really good rounds out of about 27... For folks in my BFL group often is is a sudden thing when they take off.. Now Tim....later on...i am not gonna give a rip is food tastes like cardboard.. and if some liquid takes a lotta time to burn off i won't drink it.. In my program i am doing "punish-um" workouts now with real burns and pumps... Now this is my thing.... On your program....HEY BRO...let's get the Doctor happy about your cardio vascular health and let's avoid some of those risks and work on the important things.. One thing i was tryinng to get across Tim is simply when you are in the gym....i can help you.... most likely.. Right now i switched from antagonisitc supersets Arond's version to synergistic training for a while but like i said they both work and Bill's program is more straight forward... What is cool bro is the main thing i ya go in an get the body in motion.. Now Gilad who is famous now...worked out in a gym i worked for At first he was not a standout and talked with the accent...and now he is in the fitness hall of fame... Well, one of the keys to "Bodys in Motion" is that they are moving on those mats for a loong time.....at beach parks....however guess what?...those guys and gals mostly got in shape from progressive resistance training which we are doing here.. Now, Tim....ok you know there's magic in the gym...lol....and you can start with light d-bells and forget about pushups...for a long time.. Now bro it is gettng a bit chilly in the pool at night here.. and i know it's cold....in Idaho... Let's not miss our cardio... Now by the way Tim...Gilad has done wonderfull things in fitness and he is a great man...but you betcha he would be pushin you to go in the gym now... Regarding standouts back in the early 80's....well....his sister was!!... Now Tim...ya know i'm not an advice guy...but i am gonna push you into the gym...becuase it feels.....soooooo......good... Best of luck on the custom shoes and bro.....i know it is not easy now.. but i have this great feeling you are gonna shine in the gym and have a bunch of folks as backers.. Take care, All the best, Tom

I Am

A very humble man who loves God and He loves me too. My name is Tim and I love everyone.. Two years ago I started experiencing the effects of Bi-Polar Depression and Manic Episodes. My two girls are Robin 15 and Kathrin 14. They are my two angels. God gave me two wonderfully gifted kids whom,I'm so proud and blessed with. I've bought a home with my father Bob and my Theresa. I'm so honored to have such awesome parents who helped raise my kids from the time they were babies. With God's help and the awesome people here at the forum going to beat my insulin dependency and being overweight. God is with me and my family on this journey of change in mind and body. The promise is to never give up no matter what...."TO ANOTHER TOTALLY AWESOME DAY, WEEK, MONTH, YEAR IN GOD'S LITTLE PARADISE," AMEN TIM.

My Favorite Charity

Helping the ministry and church that I attend

To me, Transformation Means

Means everything. Change your body, mind, friends, and the circle around the world. It means helping and teaching. Setting good examples to others and sharing your success. Not being selfish or negative. To grow and help others that need your support. To be the best you can be and to become the driving force to continue helping the world. Dedicated through God to help all that I can. Driven to set an example like Bill and the champions here at the Sight. Amen Tim.

My Goals

I'm at 435 pounds at this second. The goal is to lose 200 pounds of fat and gain around 45 to 60 pounds of muscle mass. I'll be able to move freely and not be cumbersome. Want to become a mentor like Bill Phillips and His team at the Transformation sight. My journey is dedicated to people who are like me and need help. We can do this together and through God. Amen and good luck to you all in your journey to make and strive to be something better. It's a journey that will constantly be changing . You will need to be open minded and able to adept at an instants notice. Have Faith in the Lord to carry you and help you through all of your troubled waters. Amen to that, Tim.

My Intentions

To take part in a community and share my pursuit and journey. Don't be selfish or negative. Grow 200 fold towards God and Family. Intend to set an example to every-one. Intend to go fore ward even after I transform and do like Bill Phillips has done, "Educate ." My life is dedicated to God and the Church. Amen Tim.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

I'm going to inspire everyone that I can. It's especially important to me to show the world that change can happen through devotion to God and the church. Want to show every one that there is a better way to be...thats healthier, stronger in mind and body and open to any suggestion or idea and to put your faith in the Lord Jesus, Amen Tim.
