Hey, Todd ~ Just had to come by and tell you something I witnessed yesterday reminded me of you. I pulled into the parking lot of the rec center to run with a friend on the indoor track and there were 3 ambulances, 2 huge fire trucks and one smaller one. At first thought, OMGosh what is happening, but much to my delight, the center was filled with firefighters on treadmills, jogging, playing raquet ball, lifting weights. I know you mentioned struggles with your crew. I hope that by being the change, they now see the benefits. I know it's been a while since we've chatted. I hope you are well. :0) ~Sharen~

I Am

I am about to enter my 40's in the best shape of my life.

My Favorite Charity

Nana's House where Neglected, Abused, Needy, or Abandoned Children can come and experience God's love.

To me, Transformation Means

Being able to look at myself in the mirror and know that I can accomplish anything.

My Goals

1) To complete all 18 weeks of this transformation2) To set daily and weekly goals and measure my progress.3) Plan for sucess daily by taking 10 - 15 minutes every night to plan workouts and meals for the following day and record results.4) Investing time each morning getting to know God.5) To be a changed person from the inside out.6) Decrease body fat from 23% to 15% or less by the end of the transformation

My Intentions

My intention is to be a CHAMPION. It is not about the prizes at the end, it is about the process and the transformation itself. Completing the process is victory in itself.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

I would like to inspire anyone who has been a yo-yo dieter like me. To be able to show others that a complete TRANSFORMATION is possible permanently.
