Tyler~~Thanks for your comments. I'm working very hard to change my life and the families. Want to impact as many as I can on this awesome journey. I'm sure that my thoughts are getting out. Seems to be leaking into every corner of the site. I'm wishing you the best and praying for you. I worked for years as a long-hual trucker and I know how hard it can be when you've got the pressure of the world looking at you. Your going to be fine, my friend. If you need anything let me know. I'm rocking and will be watching and praying. Hope this cheers you up for the week. Love your friend, and ALOHA Tim.

Good luck on your amazing journey. I know how hard it can be when your trying to support a family on your own. God Bless you your profile was beautifully done and I wish you the best of luck. If you have any questions or need anything don't be afraid to give me a jingle. I'll look fore-ward to reading your blogs and posts. Take a step fore-ward in your journey and take positive thoughts wherever you go and you will succeed my friend. It won't happen today or overnight but respecting yourself as a temple will show. Hi Tyler, thanks for your sweet words of encouragement. It's nice to know that there are people who are willing to drop by and just say "how are you".. I love to be a positive person.. The last few days have been tough, but I am committed to pull myself out of my "funk" and get busy with this transformation.. I deserve it.. My kids deserve it, and my husband deserves it.. I want to be the woman that Heavenly Father created me to be.. Your a great freind, and I'm so proud of you each time I read your posts and see how amazing you are doing.. Keep up the great work.. Smiles, Lori

Thanks for the comment! I have a feeling your going to be an inspiration to MANY. I know where you are comming from when you talk about working so much; I experienced the SAME emotions - physically, and spiritually. I no longer even enjoyed life, work WAS my life. But it ended up being what fueled me to CHANGE my body and enrich my life so that I may enrich the lives of those around me (especially my family). I decided enough was enough. I took a risk and I resigned! HOLY COW, it was SCAREY. (But wow, is life fun when you pursue your God-given dreams and desires). God got me to where I am now, and He will get me to where I'm going! I would challenge you to IMAGINE your IDEAL life. With NO limitations or obstacles standing between you and your goals... What do you look like, how do you FEEL, how do others respond to you. AND then WRITE IT DOWN. I did this way back when I felt like EVERYTHING was standing in the way of me and my DREAMS. I thought, yeah right, that will NEVER happen. And here I am, living the life I wished up one year ago. I have a GOOOOD feeling about you. Your going to make it. THANK you SO much for contacting me. I am praying for YOU and your family!!!!!!! <3 Lindsie

I Am

I am a 24 year old college student. I decided to go back to school to better my future. In the process I have began to work 60 hours a week and have seen my body deteriorate. It is depressing to come home and feel that the only thing I have going for me is work and school the next day. I am happily married and have two beautiful kids Nixon who is 19 months and Quinlyn who is 7 months. My energy level is gone, I don't spend as much time playing with my kids or being with my wife. The only thing I want to do is eat and sleep. I use to be full of energy, playing every sport and living life to its fullest. Now when I get a call to play any sports I pass up the opportunity because all I can think about is how out of shape I am. I want to do this transformation for me and the things I care most about: MY FAMILY.

My Favorite Charity

Make a wish foundation

To me, Transformation Means

Changing the way you live your life. Its about taking small steps daily to achieve a desirable goal in the end. Its about bleading, scratching, fighting your way to achieve your passions and the things that mean the most in your life.

My Goals

My goals are to change my appearance and build my inner-self. I will get my weight down to 205 lbs. and be able to see my abs for the first time in my life. I will become more optimistic on life and pull myself out of my miserable way of thinking (negative, the world owes me something, its not my fault). I am going to do this through following the BFL program and information from transformation.com. I know its not going to be ease, but TIME HAS COME...

My Intentions

Are to become a great example to my wife and kids that anything is possible if you work hard and stay positive.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

Anyone that looks at this and says I have no time to do that. I want to inspire the people who feel like they can't change becasue of time and money conflicts. I want to inspire anyone who I come in contact with that if they desire something bad enough they have a right to earn and strive for it. IT IS POSSIBLE. I want to be the guy people always want to be around because I will make everyone feel better about themselves.
