My Intentions
I am going to shine a light of healthy behaviors in my kids' lives. I want them to feel my love and God's guidance in their lives. I will help others to step away from society's norms and regain their health.
Who I'd Like to Inspire
My kids, more than anybody. I've faced weight and self control problems my whole life. I'd like my example to inspire them to do better than I did growing up.
