Happy New Year to all! Today is my first day of the transformation challenge. I have to say this was an extremely HUMBLING and EMBARASSING experience-- making the decision to join this challenge and post photos of me as I am right now. I am having a hard time accepting that the person in these photos are me. I would normally NEVER do something like this (posting photos like this in a public forum). However the shock value of seeing them were enough to wake me up today! I'm oh so thankful that my boyfriend still loves me after taking these. I hope to finish this challenge with a whole new outlook on my health, life, and those with whom I share it with. I want to make a change--and I am starting NOW! Warmest wishes to all and we take this journey together!

Being involved in the Transformation Community offers a significant advantage is what Bill said in the Challenge invitation. There are so many advantages we have by doing this with a group of people making the same healthy changes with us. I Am

Ive been a yo yo fitness person most of my life. Unfortunately I am currently not very fit or healthy and I absolutely want to change this. I love my two children (ages 21 and 17) and my wonderful boyfriend who is very supportive of me as I embrace this challenge.

I have "attempted" to complete similar fitness challenges in the past but never finished. This time I WILL reach the goal line AND will maintain life-long results.
