Thanks so much for your comment, I was so discouraged lastnight that I was about to thow in the towel. But as I sat there I flip open my Bible and read some scriptures, I felt the Lord telling me to just get some sleep and see how you feel in the morning before you make any decisions. Then today I sign in and here I am reading what you and Blessblondi had written so I got my answer from the Lord, I will keep pushing through. I get a bit frustrated when I workout some and them my lower back just kills me, I sit there in the workout room and I cry cause the pain is excruiating at times so it gets to me.That's when I pick the Bible up and read it. Anyways thanks again!!! God bless Jerome
