I was standing in my company's lunch room, having my normal morning cup of coffee and an oatmeal bar looking over the message board with messages from my co-workers. There it was, staring me in the face. "Weight Loss Contest, Entry Fee $10." "Hmmph,

I Am

It is time to take all the good qualities I inherently possess, yet have squandered, and reclaim who I am and what I can be. I have maintained relationships that have returned nothing and taken much from me. I have run a marathon, yet let my health and weight slip away. I am a bright, capable articulate individual, but have yet to take my place in line. I have family and friends that I would do anything for - they have helped and supported me at some of my life's lowest points, and lifted me back up. Yet I know I am at a point in my life where I know it's fourth quarter and time to stop procrastinating and start making the big plays. My constant companions - my two Golden Retrievers and little Beagle-Dachshund do more to enhance my life than words can say. As a result of this close human-canine bond, I am committed to helping animal shelters any way possible. Because I am fortunate in this economy to be working with a roof over my head, I am also committed to helping out those less fortunate through local food banks. For recreation, I love riding my motorcycles and would love to do more cross-country touring. I also want to get the dust off my three beautiful bikes (road, mountain, recumbent) and also use them as tools to get back into shape. My goal is to rebuild my physical condition and spiritual connections - rebuild that which needs rebuilding and refine those qualities that have been hidden for so long.

My Favorite Charity

To me, Transformation Means

Unearthing all the fantastic qualities we possess and rediscovering our strengths and using them as God intended.

My Goals

Drop weight from 235 to 175...add 7 pounds of muscle.

My Intentions

Rejuvinate my health, reconnect to a spiritual community strong in the belief of God and build a meaningful, loving relationship leading to marriage.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

Friends and coworkers who are trapped by bad habits who are stuck in a rut.
