Your son is so precious! I am not sure if you saw a pic of Brad's (Coach Brad) new baby boy. He is a doll, too! Now, I have two nephews to spoil. What's better than that! God bless you, Kimberly

I Am

an inspired 23 year active duty veteran of the US Air Force. I LOVE my wife, my children and my country! I'm excited that I GET TO go through this Transformation with the support of everyone here!

My Favorite Charity

Freedom Is Not Free - Wounded Military Vetrans... American military casualties in Iraq and Afghanistan have exceeded 28,000, with over 3,500 fatalities. 80% of the wounded are in the 18-30 age range and face an entire life-time of recovery.

To me, Transformation Means

Improving my body, my mind and my health so that I'm here for at least another 41 years... I want to be and look strong/muscular/athletic again for my wonderful children, my beautiful bride and myself. I competed in and completed BFL in 1998, yes 10 years ago already! I didn't win a new Corvette but I had remarkable results and carried them for several years thereafter. In the past few years however, injuries and health issues led to excuses for not exercising nor taking care of myself. I'm now an additional 20lbs heavier than I was when I started BLF 10 years ago! Arrggghhhh! I've become that fat old senior NCO that I used to make fun of not so many years ago! But thanks to Bill and thru the support of Coach Stoney and the folks here I GET TO change that again and for the rest of my life!

My Goals

Lose 25 pounds more in T2! Gain 12lbs of lean muscle mass and get under 10 percent body fat. "If God brings you to it... He'll bring you through it!" - Isaiah 54:17

My Intentions

Be happy and healthy without meds and to be a better husband, father, son and friend. "Listen to advice and accept instruction that you may gain wisdom for the future." - Proverbs 19:20

Who I'd Like to Inspire

I’d like to inspire the Average Joe to put his health and fitness first and to make time for himself. He owes it to himself and his loved ones to transform his bad habits into good ones so that he’s there to share his journey, his life, with them. I'm convinced that a healthier lifestyle that includes cardio, weight training, a solid diet and spiritual awareness makes all difference for the Average Joe!!!
