Thanks for the comment Virginia and I wish you well but your comment helped me to realize what I've been doing to myself letting it all slip away - I'm not in the 50+ group yet (although I'm not that many years away) I'm only 44. I have some work to do starting today so that FIVE O number looks years away. Bill says this transformation is about facing the inner reality as well as the outer so I'm facing it!

I have gained 60+# of grief weight. People see pics of me 5 yrs ago & guess its a daughter (& I don't even have a daughter!). I want to return to the old energetic positive me. I am soooo ready to change. I work & go to school full time. I care about beauty (in ALL things) and sunlight. I need a lot of both.
