working hard!!! been awhile since I posted

Whew! Crazy work schedule not good for my schedule!

Okay, I have had a crazy week. We had a big event we have been working on for the last year take place this week. Lots of out of town folks doing things from 7:30am-12midnight each day. Having to be "on" for them, answering questions, smiling, not a moment to relax, was crazy but was great too. That schedule was not good for me personally though. I started out okay by getting up at 5:00am and riding my exercise bike for 45 minutes....

Ready for the long weekend! Happy 4th of July!

Okay, I'll freely admit i had a little larger portion for dinner tonight! Stole a few extra bites of food. I was fine all day and tonight I was hungrier than I have been. Today was another "backwards" day for me. I had "breakfast for dinner" with an egg white/veggie scramble and cereal. Crazy, but that's what I wanted. YAY! Assignment #3 is here!!

Today was a great day! Hectic at work but a great workout with my trainer, Eric. He commented on my energy level and my positive attitude. Said he's so excited I'm pumped up! Did a 15 minute warm up on the bike and then we hit it hard! Starting off week 2 feeling good!

Okay, so we are now into week 2 of this transformation challenge! Hope everyone is doing well and hanging in there! I know I'm really excited about the third assignment from Bill! Loving Saturday! Loving Life! Thank you BILL!

Today is a good day! Got up and rode my exercise bike first thing this morning and what a good way to start the day. Lots of energy to fuel me all day. Kept in mind myoplexlite's smile campaign and smiled at the folks at the store, at the laundry, on the train. Again, they all must think I'm crazy! But I don't mind. Woo-hoo! Let's keep it in motion

So I keep thinking about how Bill says it takes more effort to get a stationary object moving, about 90% effort, than it does to keep it in motion (10% effort). And that keeps me going.  Today I worked out with my trainer, Eric, and we pushed hard! I don't know about anyone else today, but I feel good! I love that I'm waking up ready and raring to go most of the time before my alarm goes off. I love that by the end of the day, I'm ready to sleep. I get in bed and my head barely hits the pillow and I'm out. I sleep through the night! Challenge #1

Okay, I started the transformation challenge officially on Monday, June 23rd. I took my "before" photos after work and then didn't look at them until after my 5th mini meal of the day.
