Blood Pressure 117/78 this week..no meds...I keep going up and down ....on... ,off... , on... off, cut them in half.... get off,... go back on...Finally I am off for good. I was dizzy and nauseated, my blood pressure was LOW>..... Doc said...stay off... Because my Blood Sugar is below 100.... I k...

I Am

I am a transformer. 1 day at a time. I am 55. I am a child of God. I have been married for 37 years. I have raised 4 children, two born to me and two born into my heart. I have helped to raise 20 foster children for varying amounts of time. I have 6 wonderful grand blessings. I love being a grandmother.
I live in a world of wonder at how awesome God and His creation is.

A healthy,holy tabernacle (me) provides the best environment in which a healthy, holy soul and spirit can thrive.
My goal is to become 8 inches smaller around my waist.
My goal is to become a poster (child) for grandmothers

My Intentions

To change my mindset so that my thoughts, my spirit, and my physical health become positive and altruistic. I intend for my outer self to reflect my inner self in a positive way, so that those around me desire to make a positive change also .
